Wonderful book!
I've owned the original edition since the late '80s. It's my favorite Mexican cookbook, probably because he suggests variations on each dish with just about every recipe.
I cannot fairly give this a star rating. there's not much wrong with the book. I mean, more pictures would be better, but the directions and everything are clear.
